During the operation of the boiler system, due to the loss of water in the pipe network and the loss of steam vaporization, the system pressure changes, and the pressure is too high or too low, which has a great impact on the safe operation of the boiler. The watchman cooperates with the electric contact pressure gauge to control and monitor the change of the water level.
The frequency converter technology is used for cyclic control in the system, and the collected system static pressure and dynamic pressure signals are converted into 0-20mA analog signals through the remote pressure gauge installed at the outlet of the pipe network. The given value is calculated and compared to the output frequency of the controller, thereby changing the working state of the make-up pump and effectively maintaining the stability of the system pressure.
CHZIRI frequency converter is used to control two make-up pumps. When the system needs a lot of make-up water, the first make-up pump is started in the frequency conversion mode. After reaching the power frequency operation, it switches to the power frequency mode, and then starts the second make-up pump. After the system pressure reaches the given value, the power frequency operation stops, and a water pump runs in the inverter mode to replenish water to the system. When the system does not need to replenish water, the inverter can automatically enter the sleep state, so that the replenishment pump stops running and enters the standby state. This way of working keeps the pressure of the whole system constant, and truly achieves the purpose of constant pressure water supply.
