CHZIRI Frequency Inverter used for Brick factory

CHZIRI Inverter 90kW .185kW and 500kW inverter for vacuum-extruder production line in one brick factory . the main function is control and drive the speed of the electric motor .Small power frequency inverter are for ventilation system.

The brick factory has a total of 4 furnace production lines. Each production line ventilation system has a smoke exhauster, a hot air blower, 3 kiln door fans, 3 plug-in valves with a diameter of o1200mm. The temperature control in the furnace consists of parts: 1 furnace measuring element and display instrument; 2 furnace extremes and two auxiliary temperature controllers. When the furnace is running, the voltage of the three compressors, the heating fan, the exhaust fan, and the furnace door, are running at a constant speed. Operate the flapper valve and butterfly valve on the leaching air at the kiln site to reduce the automatic opening, or close a door leaf at the site to reduce the ventilation in the kiln, thereby reducing the temperature in the kiln. And open the valve opening degree or open a kiln door fan to increase the ventilation in the kiln and increase the temperature in the kiln.
