CHZIRI VFD for Pump System and Fan Application
The transformation of fan indicate:
1. Using alternate-current CHZIRI frequency Inverter to operate transformation on fan (water pump) is easy、significant and efficient.
2. After using CHZIRI frequency Inverter , fan (water pump) can perform soft-start and soft-end. It will decrease impact on machines, increase operation life, and decrease maintenance cost.
3. CHZIRI Frequency Inverter technology is advanced and mature. So it increases technology content of equipment.
When needed quantity of flow decreases, rotational speed of draught fan (water pump) decreases, the power decreases at a rate of the third power pf rotational speed. As shown in chart 1-1 blow.

Of course, when rotational speed decreases, power will also decrease. At the same time, we should also consider additional energy cost of control device. But the energy conservation of this method is still very significant.
To improve working power of motors and conserve electricity, speed adjustment device can be installed on the fan (water pump). The requirements for working condition can be satisfied by adjusting speed of speed adjustment device. Otherwise, the original system will not be changed much if we use frequency Inverter to transform fan (water pump). Therefore, frequency Inverter is widely used to transform fan (water pump). During frequency conversion, our needs can be satisfied by operating motor at a high speed. While not working, motor can be operated at a low speed to conserve energy. Moreover, we can adjust frequency Inverter at anytime to satisfy our needs.
